I always find good deals. And I often get to try new and unusual items. I have been shopping here for a few years now.
I love this place!! Make sure to look at all expiration dates. They try to sell a good amount of expired products. That said, the items that are not expired and most produce is great. A TON of gluten free, vegan food items. LOTS of items that are very low priced and that are three to five times their prices anywhere else. Hit or miss stock. If u find somethings u like, get what u can while its there cuz it may not be there for awhile or ever again. Variety of items: food, baby, kitchen, toiletries, toys, pet stuff, etc.
Basically Wegmans on welfare. Amazing spot to get healthy, organic, often vegan food for cheap. They are also loaded with snacks and drinks. There is something for everyone here

Food selections are spot on...you easily spend 40.00 on food and leave with a cart of groceries...10 kiwi for .99 cents?
Cheapest prices mixed with healthy organics and you've got a natural money saver...check them out...staff is hilarious and easily approachable...
Great prices friendly staff good for teas and coffees natural products. The fruits and vegetables are very cheap you have to make sure their fresh. One gripe would be the people working behind deli's are dirty and not following food laws they never change their gloves and are always touching door knobs hats cell phones. Cross contamination and I'm not comfortable with buying from the deli there.
Most don't know government only regulates baby food with expiration dates...most expiration dates are manufacturer suggestions not mandates...with that said...
