They got rid of their sign in sheet to use a computer system. Upon going in, the manager told us to just sit down. 5 minutes later he asked me for my info. Then he went to take care of another man who had come in after us, totally ignoring my girlfriend who was there for a cut also. Once he put her in, he told the man he'd be done with the woman he was working on in a few minutes so he could cut the man's hair, basically implying he would just skip my girlfriend and I, even though the man definitely did not have an appointment. The manager then went on to bad-mouth the company in front of everyone about the new computer system that replaced the sign-in sheet. The employees didn't seem like they were trained at all using it and it took 5 minutes for me to check out with the coupon I had. My girlfriend ended up waiting 45 minutes and decided not to get her hair cut because of the manager. The girl who cut my hair was totally nice and did a great job. However we will never go back to this Holiday Hair again because of how the manager acted.
I keep trying and I should know better, again I come home and wash my hair only to find some bizarre haircut, that is not uniform, not blended, not even and cannot style. I again will have have to wait months to grow out, I gave specifics as she was cutting my hair and she was doing it fine, but I couldn't see the back until I washed at home with my mirror in hand looking at vanity mirror and there is at least a 3 in gap in layers ( I specifically said no layers, blending only) I showed my husband and he said how did they do that, I could do better. LOL I have had him trim my hair, he could and will be doing it til grows out. I don't understand where these stylists get their licenses and experience, it keeps happening, maybe just the salon, will try somewhere else. My sister went to great clips for $7 and got a more uniform cut!

A bit pricey but they take credit cards and will be honest with you if there is going to be a long wait
Went in for a haircut and left wishing I had my old hair back. Nice people but worst haircut of my life. Not coming back
